At 3DHeat we are devoted to coming through for your hair. We want to do the same for the goods that take care of your hair. Order processing takes up to 7 business days with an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. Express shipping is sent out within the next business day, delivered via USPS. Priority shipping with USPS takes between 2-5 business days.
When your goods are in our possession we take full responsibility for them, and our responsibility ends once we hand them over to be shipped. We have no control over your goods once they are with the third-party shipping company. We also do not control the method in which your goods are delivered. We advise you to keep these allotted times in mind when ordering your hot tools.
After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 48 hrs.
